I'm Văn Quốc Thìn, based in Huế, Vietnam. I help small and medium businesses bring AI into specific tasks, starting with one task whose result can be measured.

Who I am

I work alone: I do the consulting, the building and the handover myself. You talk directly to the person doing the work, not to a salesperson.

The website you are reading is an example of how I work. The design, the English version and the assistant that answers from the articles were all built by me together with Claude, Anthropic's AI model. I recorded the whole process, mistakes included, in my first case study.

I am taking on my first projects and keeping them small in scope, so you can see real results before deciding to expand.

Why I do AI for Vietnamese businesses

• AI guidance is rarely written for small businesses. Most material is aimed at large companies or written in English. Small business owners need explanations in Vietnamese, at their own scale.
• Small businesses usually have no technical department. They need one person who does the whole job, from choosing the problem to handover, rather than a report they are left to act on alone.
• I'm based in Huế. I want businesses in central Vietnam to have someone working on AI nearby, someone they can meet in person when needed.

Working principles

• Start small. Do one thing that produces a measurable result, then expand.
• I say it straight. If a task isn't ready for AI yet, I tell you so.
• People decide. AI assists; the important steps always have a human reviewer.
• The data is yours. Before we start, we agree clearly on which data is used, where it is stored and who can see it.
• Handover so you can run it yourself. Documentation and training are included; we don't create dependency.
